Denmark Passenger Car Sales : 2026 (Jan-July)

Registrations were up 5% in July and up 12% YTD. The 2025 share figure below is for a full year.

Toyota increased its market share by 93%! In the process, it has moved up from 7th to 1st. The bZ4X was the driving force behind it, with some help from C-HR and the new Urban Cruiser.

There were a few losers. Volkswagen took the brunt of Toyota's upsurge, down 38%. Audi and Cupra also found themselves falling back. Xpeng is the leading Chinese brand, not a usual situation. MG is also popular and was up 40% With incentives, electric cars do very well.
