Estonia Sales : 2021

I often use openness with statistics as a barometer for the culture that exists in a country or a company. Estonia is open whereas the other two Baltic states aren't. I don't know enough about the countries concerned to be adamant but it leaves me with the impression that Estonia is the less insular.

Registrations for December were -31% and +17% for the full 12 months. The '+/-' column below is comparing market share variance for 2021 with 2020. Toyota is holding its penetration which keeps it well ahead of the rest. In a market not protected in some way nor any local brand bias, a surprisingly strong position.

Škoda has slipped over into -7% market share but there is still a jump down to third, where VW is playing catch up. The PSA duo is improving at the expense of Renault and Dacia. Renault is falling in many markets as it cuts back on volume.
