Land Rover Sales Italy By Model: 1997-2015

The Italians certainly understand style

You may be a surprised to know that over the last 19 years, nearly 250,000 Land Rover vehicles were bought in Italy. I assume my data is correct, but if not the figure is probably larger. The reason is in Europe some LRs are sold as commercial vehicles and some of the early data may not include that. If so, the difference wouldn't be that much anyway.

Over 100,000 Freelander models have been sold and seeing that is the life of the model, the complete number. The Discovery has been a solid performer, as too the Range Rover. The latter was affected by the arrival of the Sport model's arrival in 2005. The RR Sport is popular in Italy and the RR Evoque a smash hit. The Italians love style and the Evoque is very much to their taste. The Discovery Sport looks it too will do well if a partial year of sales is anything to go by.
