
Registrations were down 66% in January and again down 57% in February, -62% YTD. This is due to a tax on cars introduced in 2025.
In 2024, registrations were poor early in the year then took off toward the end of the year, with December up 105%. The total year was only up 12%, showing how low the earlier part of the year was.
Toyota lost the top spot to Škoda last year but has decisively taken the lead back so far in 2025. Volkswagen is second, just ahead of Dacia which is at it's highest position ever at fourth.

Dacia Sandero - 41
Kia Sportage - 32
Toyota Mirai - 25
