Registrations for December were +13% but for the year -12%. Figures are distorted by supply issues as we all know so for that reason the result is expected. So let's sift through what is below.

By Model: The XC60 is the leading model (31.8%), closely followed by the XC40 (27.5%). The XC90 increased its share of the total to 15.8% from 15.5%. The shift toward larger SUVs could be market driven or prioritising during challenging circumstances. 75% of sales are SUVs, the same as last year. In the SUV figure, I didn't include the new C40, which is classified as a crossover. I've put that under the 40 Series in the chart above.
As far as Europe is concerned I can report also a steep price hike for the cars with the phasing out of baseic diesel models (with manual). Volvo might produce less cars, but the revenue might still increase....
