I colour coded the list to show where brands historically originated. Europe (blue) is dominant, with some resistance in the middle of the chart below. A mix of brands is not uncommon in a market without a local brand to support although Renault's manufacturing here does seem to help.
Electric models do not feature below and the picture above says it all really. The picture is designed to promote them but for me it says the opposite and what concerns many, waiting. The convenience of fossil fuels is something that people such as myself will have to forego in order to embrace the new way forward.
