With commercial sales doing well this decade, VW must have been satisfied. The Caddy was growing more popular, with a maxi version added. The Amarok pick up had just arrived too. Production for the LT ended and its replacement, the Crafter was now being made by Mercedes Benz and not part of VW figures. The 'other' for this period was the Golf pick up.
After the slump of 2009, VW LCV production improved strongly into the 2010's.
