Registrations were up 5% for the month. Toyota has been the best selling brand for the past three years and started 2025 clearly intent on staying there. It even broke the 10% share mark, something not common in Spain.
There are two brands that Spaniards call their own, SEAT and the spinoff Cupra marque. Both were down on share in January with the former on 8th and the latter 16th. Early days of course.
Some Chinese brands are making their mark here. BYD is at 19th, with Omoda just two places behind it. Several others are scattered further down the list.
