With premium registration -19%, it compared favourably with 25% total market figure. The BMW Group got past Mercedes and Audi had a year to forget. Volvo closed in on them and Land Rover managed to increase impressively. Perhaps LR now having a plant there raised the marque's profile in the consciousness of the premium car buyer.
