Mercedes is the top selling name plate in this segment but the BMW Group is the best selling range. JLR passed Audi got past Audi last year but the placings reverted back in 2020, due to a sizable drop in Jaguar registrations.
Lexus is a very steady marque here, quite a contrast to the boom or bust style of Tesla. Alfa Romeo has been doing it tough around the world but is holding up much better here.
