Italy Passenger Car Sales : 2026 (Jan-July)

Registrations were up 4% in July and up 9% YTD. The 2025 share figure below is for a full year. So how is Fiat doing in 2026?

It's been losing market share for decades but 2026 is witnessing a mini revival. The new Grande Panda is selling well along with the regular Panda, combined sales of 97,308 represented 81% of the Fiat total. Many other top selling brands have struggled to keep up with it Fiat.  

Chinese brands are closing in on top ten spots but how far they go from here will be interesting. There are still many who stick with what they know.
