The F-Series has been the best selling US truck for longer than I'm able to say. I would need some old statistics to find out when it wasn't. It was the top selling car or truck in 1977 and held it for the most part ever since (any clarification would be appreciated). For 2023, the Chevrolet Silverado is well back in volume at 555,600 sales as is the RAM Pickup at 444,900. They are the big three that even Elon has been thus far unable to disrupt.
Models from Japan and Korea do well, dogfighting with US brands. European models are conspicuous by their absence. Tesla figures are estimates. A big call out to manufacturers reporting sales data. Well done.
