Škoda Global Production (By Model) : 2018-19

Škoda after some years of production increase, a 3.3% decline. It was way back in 2002 that the brand had a larger fall (-3.4%). The reason for this is Asia, more specifically China, with a -17.3% reduction in deliveries. That's the biggest market for the brand so they did well to limit the impact.

SUVs are shaded in yellow and VW has combined the Kamiq and Karoq production. They are similar in size but surely warrant separation. This type of vehicle now accounts for 30.6% of all sales. Not as high as others but they do have a popular range of cars.

Regional sales: Europe (and a few sales elsewhere) add up to 70% of all deliveries. China virtually sells the rest so not a broad coverage globally. Some effort does seem to be going into expanding into new countries but production capacity has to be able to deliver on that.
