Perú hasn't been a country I've done much with but the statistics are now of sufficient detail to be a regular feature in the future. It's still a bit patchy and there must be some sizable ommissions to have nearly 9,600 others. The top 25 are provided, then premium marques and finally luxury ones in 2023 but there are obvious gaps in between.
September sales were up 2% for the year with Toyota is taking more of the market share and now 22.3%. That's half way between a fifth and a quarter and the best for some time. Kia and Hyundai are some way behind but holding their own. The 'Diff' column shows market share change.
At the lower end of the chart we find the premium cars. Compared to Western markets, they sell in modest numbers but exactly what one would expect. They do seem to be gaining quite strongly though.
