In the most expensive place in Europe to buy a car, December registrations were +26% and YTD +13%. Positive numbers but that doesn't explain Tesla's meteoric rise. It sold over seven times the number of cars it delivered in all of the previous year.
VW's share dropped from 11.7% to 9.9% while the top three from last year all suffered as a result. Audi had a jump in fortunes but most of the competition wilted under Tesla's surge.
