I colour coded the list to show where brands historically originated. Europe is prevalent due in no small part to Lada and its owner Renault. I put Korea as a separate entity as the duo from that nation are popular here. Japan is also well represented as seen by the salmon colour. Finally, Chinese brands are making their presence felt as they improve their rankings.
