Tesla deliveries were down 4% in Q3 but production up 2%, both exceeding 1,300,000 YTD. Deliveries have outpaced production for two consecutive quarters, so the inventory build up in Q1 has been dealt with decisively.
Both deliveries and production are 205 short of 2025 but 2026 still has a quarter to go. YOY and both are up 8% on 2025. I would have thought that was a pleasing situation to be in all things considered. This would indicate that 2026 volume will be ahead of last year and possibly by a reasonable margin.
