Registrations are well up 26% in fact. Kia is now well ensconced at the top of the heap with Toyota losing ground rapidly. Kia's being so dominant is based on its success in the rental car business. It sold 1,250 rental cars or 57% of the total. So if you hire a car in Cyprus, it will most likely be a Kia.
Nissan has done well to come back after a couple of quiet years. The inhabitants have suddenly discovered the MINI! I'm not sure what took them so long. Škoda too did well but in less dramatic fashion. Both Rolls Royce and Aston Martin have had a good year.
Of course, in smaller markets such as this things can change quicker than mountain weather so there is time for some notable change. The 'Diff' column shows market share change.
