Alfa Romeo production was up 39% in 2016 which was really good, the highest since 2012. The trend is upward and will continue so in 2017. What isn't so good is the fact that 86,000 units is poor and the increase was essential for the brand's survival.
With the new Giulia on the scene, the volume of production should be at a level that is sustainable. It could do with more models and the Stelvio SUV is just what the doctor ordered. That will show up on 2017 figures.
