South East England Car Sales : 2017

Shame it doesn't have four rings on it

This is a much more affluent area than average in the UK. Sales were down in volume 5%, just below the average of 6%. What VW and Audi are doing at the top with over a fifth of all sales I can offer no reason. I'm sure readers from Germany will be deeply appreciative of the generous support their economy gains. Nissan did have a positive year but is still some way off the national average for market share.

The data source covers twelve regions across the UK, the top 30 as below is for the UK as a whole. Each regions sales from that collective top 30 is then given. There may be one or two brands that would otherwise be in a top 30 but are missing from a region because not every region will have the same top 30.
