Colombia Vehicle Sales : 2017


Sales for the first six months contracted 2.3% but for the year it was down 6.1%. In 2016, it 10.5%. Chevrolet is the big brand in Colombia and has been for some time. The Chevrolet Spark model is the best selling model, followed by the Chevrolet Sail.

GM has lost some market share while Nissan at #3 is up 15% from 7.2 to 8.8%. Hyundai has had a bad run in recent years but is making a comeback in 2017. With commercial vehicles included, some of the brands are not normally what you would see if they were separated.
