China Car Sales By Model : 2017

The Wuling Hongguang

Some of the names that appear on cars here are unusual. The Nissan Sylphy at number five sounds like something I wouldn't want to catch. What about the Venucia Morning Wind? It's no longer sold (ran out of wind maybe) but it sounds like.. well we'll move on.

I hate to sound like a needle stuck in a groove on an LP but yet another protected Asian market. At least there is plenty of choice. Chinese brands take a third of the top 50 but car makers from across the world have plants here and that is reflected in the list below.
