Belgium Car Sales Jan-Jun 2017


Sales are up 4% so far in 2017, so not too bad. There is a tussle among the top selling makes that has been going on for a few years. In 2011, VW took the lead of Renault and held it until it returned to the former owner in 2015. 2017 sees VW coming to take it back again, in this case not because of any heroics on VW's part but due to one losing market share less than the other. BMW is increasing but being tracked closely by Peugeot.
