Land Rover Sales By Model & Region : 2014

"Thankfully there is a decent road here now, honey"

With new models flowing freely for LR, sales fir the past few years have been frenetic. A year without too much happening meant 'only' a 9% increase. The big Range Rover and RR Sports models led the way, being the newer of the models. With the Freelander in the process of being replaced by the new Discovery Sport, sales are slightly but not as much as I thought. Things will pick up again in 2015 with the new model, part of a new Discovery family.

Regionally, Asia/Pacific was very strong for growth but it wasn't just China. The whole region was involved. Europe remains the biggest region but with production of the Evoque having recently commenced in China, that could soon change.

  1. Raycee,
I keep finding it amazing how quickly you get to those data!
I guess that soon enough you'll also post the sales for Jaguar for 2014/2013, I am curious about those.

    Keep up the good work!

  2. Thank you Grunt. I guess I have got to know where and when to look for things.
I will have Jaguar data out soon. It is getting challenging to get a full coverage of stats as some organisations try to restrict access. It would be great if Jaguar was more open itself.
    Always appreciate your feedback Grunt.
