Car Sales Belgium: 2012


Belgians like their cars, although they couldn't afford as many as last year. 2011 was a record year as far as I can tell so 2012 was actually not bad. VW and the French brands have traditionally been strong here and the three German premium brands too. The latter trio are all in the top ten and each gained a position in ranking. Japanese and Korean brands are not overly popular it seems. Both Land Rover and Jaguar experienced strong growth in a weaker market.

The first two columns are ranking for 2011 and then 2012. The last column is increase or decrease over 2011.
