Car Sales Switzerland: 2010


The total sales in Switzerland for cars were the best since 2002 and perennial leader VW achieved its best market share since ’01. The Swiss prefer to buy European cars, the one exception was Toyota. However, that brand has fallen from 3rd in 2007 to its current 9th.
Mercedes fell out of the top 10 for the first time this century, Nissan moved up five places in the past year and Dacia improved seven.
