Car Sales Land Rover: 2010

Land Rover doesn’t give out this sort of data so this list is not representative of everyone of the top 30, but rather of the ones I could obtain. Most are here though, the most notable absentee is the UAE.
Total sales are well up and with the new Evoque coming this year, 2011 should see another good sales total posted.
UK share of LR was its best since 2006 but well down on 2004's 29%. China was about 60th in 2003, so things have moved nicely in that market. Brazil is now in the top ten for the first time ever and Korea also a first, but into the top 20. There is a move toward new markets, accelerated by legislation against SUV types of vehicles in some European lands.
In the chart below, italicised figures at the end of each line indicates a drop in market share. Now for the top 30:

  2. Hello Mr Sabet. The data above was obtained from many different sources. References to all of them would be impractible. Anything I wrote on this blog anyone is welcome to use. I cannot guarantee absolute accuracy, but I only use data when reasonably happy with its correctness.

  3. Hey,
    Amazing Site. Thanks much.

The amount of data here is immense. However, can you provide some info on the sources too for the country-wise sales for cars (e.g. Land Rover 2010 Sales). Would be really grateful.

Keep up the good work. Truly amazing.

    is interesting.
Some car brands are open in sharing data in annual reports. Unfortunatley LR isn't one of them to my knowledge. I don't know why.
